Team Stamp It Christmas Blog Hop

Hi Stampers!

Welcome to Team Stamp It's Christmas Holdiay Blog Hop. If you are already on our hop, you have just come from Liz Miller's awesome blog and thank you for stopping by. If you are new to the blog, you can easily navigate to all of our websites by clicking the "Previous" and "Next" buttons and I will also have al list of all of our blog hop participants at the bottom of this post.  In addition--Team Stamp It has a Blog Hop Give away!!!!....Later in this post, I will explain what the Give Away prize will be (you are absolutely gonna love it) and what you have to do to enter.

Now, let's get to today's project share:

Today's projects includes a cute hair comb using Stampin' Up!'s Reason For The Season photopolymer stamp set and the Festive Flower Builder Punch, a gift box made using the Gift Box Punch Board and the Home For Christmas Designer Series Paper and a cute little gift tag using the Ornate Tag Topper (a list of all the supplies used will be listed on the bottom of this post). I thought that this would make a cute Christmas gift for a special little girl.

To make the hair piece, create the petals using the Festive Flower Builder Punch and the "petal veins" from the stamp set. You will need (8) large petals in Real Red, (3) large petals in Garden Green, (4) small petals in Real Red, (2) thin petals in Real Red, (2) x's in Crushed Curry, and (2) 1" Circles in Real Red

Stamp the "vein image" and punch with the Festive Flower Builder Punch.

Bend petal in half to create a"textured" look.

Using the circle punches as a base, create two flower clusters by layering the petals.

Adhere the clusters together and add adhere the Crushed Curry "X"'s to the middle of your flower. Add a rhinstore for some bling.Once your flower is done, using a glue gun adhere the flower  onto a comb to create the hair piece

To create the gift box, cut the designer series paper 10" x 10" and follow the instructions on the front of the punch board to creade the XL Box.

To make the gift tag, cut a piece of Very Vanilla at 2" x 4". Punch one end using the Ornate Punch. Stamp the greeting on the bottom of the tag using Garden Green Classic Ink. Stamp the outline image of the flower in Momento Black ink. Then stamp the inside of the of the leaves with Garden Green. For the flower, use Real Red and stamp off before you stamp the inside of the flower.

I really hope you enjoyed my projects. They were so fun to make.

As promised....are you ready for Team Stamp It's give away???

  18. What a beautiful set of projects! The hair comb totally knocked my socks off! I see that you used a glue gun to adhere the poinsettia to the comb, but what adhesive did you use to put the flower itself together? #stampitcontest

  47. Another stamp and punch I didn't consider because I thought it was too big. You make it look wonderful.

  48. #stampitcontest I think there is so much that can be done with that punch. Your projects are so festive-love the bright red of the poinsettias. Wouldn't have thought to add it to a comb, but that is a clever idea. I wouldn’t want to mass produce them though. I could see making them for very special people on my list.
