Holiday Catalog Sneak Peek Blog Hop Cozy Christmas

Hi Stampers!

Welcome to another Team Stamp It's Blog Hop! You may have just arrived here from Kim Quade's Kim Plays With Paper  blog.  Wasn't her project awesome? If you are just joining us, you can navigate through the hop by clicking the Previous and Next buttons on the bottom of this post.

I am soooo excited!!!......The new Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog is out and Whoo Hoo---it is soooo awesome!!!!  I was so fortunate that as a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, I was given a copy of the catalog at the Convention last month and was able to order some of the products and start playing (one of the perks of being a demonstrator!) Today, my fellow Stamp It members get to share with you projects that we made using products from the catalog.

For my project, I chose to do a Christmas project - my favorite time of the year!!!

I used the Cozy Christmas Stamp Set and Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper. I did a faux snow by tearing the top of whisper white and added Dazzling Diamonds. I stamped the cottage and trees in Early Espresso and added Dazzling Diamonds to the trees and the roof of the cottage. I added some texture to the background by using the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder. Take note that I did not emboss the entire background. I purposely did this to create more of a 3-d look.

Here is a closer look of the cottage....

The Cozy Christmas Stamp Set and the Home For Christmas Designer Series Paper are available in the Holiday Catalog which starts September 01, 2015. Make sure that you have your very own copy of this years catalog. All of my customers and club members get a FREE complimentary copy when they are released.  Too excited to wait to get your hands on these awesome products?????.....Become a demo and purchase these products with a discount!
