Watercolor Father's Day Card With The Wetlands Stamp Set

Hello Stampers!

Today I am sharing with you a Father's Day card that I made for my DH. This card is made with the fancy fold called the "Center Step Up" fold. I'll have a template on how to cut and score later in my post. The stamped image is stamped using the Wetlands Stamp Set (one of my favorite and so glad it got carried over to the new catalog).  I stamped the image using Stazon because I decided I was going to do a little water coloring. I used my Aqua Painter and did the water coloring around the bird and a bit of color was added to his feathers. The designer series paper comes from the Bohemian DSP. The greeting comes from Stampin' Up!'s Guy Greetings and stamped in Early Espresso. I think it came out pretty cool and I hope that my DH will like it.

Here is the template with the cutting and score lines:

First, your card stock needs to be cut at 4 1/4" x 11. The cut between the 1" mark and the 6 1/2" mark is 1" from the top of your card stock. Once your cutting and scoring is complete, "mountain" fold at the 1" score line and "valley" fold and the 2" score line.
